Das Haus liegt auf 200 Metern Höhe am Berghang auf einem Reisfeld mit Aussicht auf einen riesigen See.(Gajah Mungkur). Verfolgen Sie von der Terrasse den Sonnenaufgang und den Sonnenuntergang oder den sich spiegelnden Mond im See. Abends hören Sie ein paar Frösche und Geckos, Nachts beobachten Sie die Glühwürmchen und erkunden den Sternenhimmel. Auf der Terrasse gibt es ein festes Glasdach, damit man auch bei Regen auf den modernen Rattan-Möbeln chillen kann. Leben Sie in ihrem eigenen Haus mit 3 Zimmern, großem Bad mit Pool-Wanne, Terrasse, Garten, Stellplatz - Mini-Bus (Daihatsu Zebra) und Roller (Honda Revo) stehen zur Nutzung für Sie bereit. Unzählige Restaurants liegen am Seeufer - aber auch der Lieferservice (ca. 20.000 - 40.000 Rp. über App von vielen Restaurants) bringt Ihnen Essen, Trinken und alles für den täglichen Bedarf bis ins Haus - 24 Stunden lang.

Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Pkw-Stellplatz. Alle Zimmer sind vom Flur zu erreichen. Links liegt Ihr Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Büro mit Schreibtisch. Durch die großen Fenster erleben Sie den Sonnenaufgang direkt vom Bett. Das Badezimmer verfügt neben der bodentiefen Dusche auch über eine riesige Pool-Badewanne mit Platz für mindestens 2 Personen. Genießen Sie im Pool liegend das Panorama auf den See. Heißes Wasser ist selbstverständlich. Bad und WC sind vom Schlafzimmer und vom Flur erreichbar. Wir benutzen reines, gefiltertes Bergquellwasser, welches direkt von der Quelle zum Haus geleitet wird. Daneben liegt das Gästezimmer mit eigenem Terrassenbereich. Am Ende des Flurs kommen Sie zum großen Wohnzimmer mit 3 Couchgarnituren, Esstisch, Stehtisch und offener Küche. Von hier genießen Sie den Sonnenuntergang und haben direkten Zugang zum Garten und zur Terrasse. Die Zimmer verfügen über Klimaanlage, Vinylboden, Vorhänge, Kleiderschränke bzw. Sideboards und WiFi. Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Flachbild-TV stehen Ihnen kostenlos zur Verfügung.

The house is located 200 meters above sea level on the mountainside in a rice field overlooking a vast lake (Gajah Mungkur). From the terrace, watch the sunrise and sunset, or the moon reflected in the lake. In the evening, you'll hear the sounds of frogs and geckos; at night, watch the fireflies and explore the starry sky. The terrace has a fixed glass roof, so you can relax on the modern rattan furniture even when it rains. Live in your own house with three rooms, a large bathroom with a pool tub, terrace, garden, and parking space – a minibus (Daihatsu Zebra) and a scooter (Honda Revo) are available for your use. Countless restaurants are located on the lakeshore – but there's also a delivery service (approx. 20,000-40,000 Rp. via app from many restaurants) that brings food, drinks, and everything you need for your daily life right to your door – 24 hours a day.

Your parking space is located directly in front of the house. All rooms are accessible from the hallway. To the left is your bedroom with a double bed and an office with a desk. Through the large windows, you can experience the sunrise directly from your bed. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a huge pool tub with space for at least two people. Enjoy the panoramic view of the lake while lying in the pool. Hot water is provided, of course. The bathroom and toilet are accessible from the bedroom and the hallway. We use pure, filtered mountain spring water, which is piped directly from the spring to the house. Next to it is the guest room with its own terrace area. At the end of the hallway, you will find the large living room with three sofas, a dining table, a bar table, and an open kitchen. From here, you can enjoy the sunset and have direct access to the garden and terrace. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, vinyl flooring, curtains, wardrobes or sideboards, and WiFi. A washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, and flat-screen TV are available free of charge.
